I am up by 3:00 am every day. By 2:00 pm I feel exhausted. When I drink the 8 hour energy I feel awake and rejuvenated. I love that there is no jittery feeling but my focus is so much better. I’m still able to fall asleep quickly as well. This product works.

Good.

Performs as described. I'd give it 5 stars if it had less or no sweetener. The sweetener is stevia which is the least objectionable. I'd prefer a flavorless product because I'm an adult and I don't need candy-flavored supplements. I can add my own flavor when I feel like it.

Price went up servings went down. I had been buying this for years. Switched to a competitor won't be switching back unless they bring back the old formula. This new formula taste horrible. Bitter

I used to drink the green apple every day and I loved how good it tasted and how cheap it was. This version (citrus sunrise) is more expensive and tastes terrible.

L-Tyrosine helps to activate metabolic pathways that produce hormones epinephrine and norepinephrine. Epinephrine and norepinephrine are depleted quickly during these moments of stress due to a lack of L-Tyrosine.

The addition of this amino acid will help give you an extra PUSH and can make a big difference to help you FIGHT through your workouts and plateaus.

Hoffman et al. (2010) research results indicate that acute ingestion of the supplements L-tyrosine and anhydrous caffeine, helped healthy college students maintain reaction time, subjective feelings of focus and alertness to both visual and auditory stimuli following exhaustive exercise.


Caffeine Anhydrous

Caffeine Anhydrous is simply caffeine with no water (around .05%), which has been shown to make caffeine anhydrous more potent because the body will absorb it more readily.

Although caffeine can affect a wide variety of motor and mental functions, most commonly:

  • Improve endurance exercise.
  • Cognitive performance.
  • Improve energy levels.
  • Increase focus for sustained amounts of time.
